Chris EASLEY
Chris Easley was inducted into the ICNZ Hall of Fame on the 27th November 2009 on our ICNZ 8 Show.
- One of the founding people for MMA in NZ
- Mentor for project k (kids mentor)
- Ran the 1st MMA club in the North Island
- 1 x New Zealand cage fighting champion
- 1 x New Zealand Ju Jitsu champion
- 1 x British Ground Fighting Champion Team
- 1 x British Knockdown Judo champion
- 4 x British Ju Jitsu Champion
- 2 x World Ju Jitsu Champion
- Founding member of the World Pankration Association
- Representative on the World council of Ju Jitsu organisations NZ
- Trained in Traditional Ju Jitsu
- Chris has also trained with Lollo Hemuli, Terry Hill, Rick Littlewood, Frank Fhamrock & many New Zealand MMA trainers.
- Aside from the many previous achievements Chris likes to branch out as a film & television stuntman.
- Chris has starred in New Zealand shows such as Shortland Street & Outrageous Fortune.
Chris has been a hard working pioneer of Mixed Martial Arts and ICNZ would like to thank him for all his work for the sport.
